You can’t do anything
That sounds defeated.
That sounds ejected.
But it sounds what it sounds.
You can’t do anything about it.
Is that true surrender?
Or is that a slippery slope into a nihilistic view?
Probably it is, if DOING is the relative vantage point.
Probably it is not, if RELAXING into its resolve is the pain point.
You can’t do anything about it.
Not out of sheer will, driven are you crazy in this guilt.
But PROBABLY is the safe refuge.
The haze between the letting go and being in control of the surrender is what everyone dreams of solving all their screams.
Until the next ❤️ beat ~.~.~

I suggested "surrender" because I think it's the most important lesson I've learned as a parent. You cannot control everything, and when you cease to try, things get a lot more enjoyable (if sometimes scary).
Parenthood just acted as a catalyst to drive the message home, I think!
