#251 Where does the impossible live?
The impulse is to look for it in the possible.
As if driving over and over the known road will reveal a new sign you missed the thousand times you have driven through.
And the hilarious part is that it sometimes works.
The part where you notice a billboard that was there for years, but somehow your mind and consciousness simply remove it.
The impossibility of it is the irony. A known road. A sign that was always there. And yet the possibility lives in one out of a thousand times of the impossible.
What makes that single time different?
What changes that what was unseen becomes seen?
In some way, you could say not to trust your eyes.
In others, you even wonder about not trusting your mind.
You can even pull it all the way through and distrust your consciousness and thoughts, waking up to the same truth that lives out there.
So, on the off chance that the latter bet in all of its ifs and probabilities is taken.
Do you believe the impossible will open its world to you? Is it worth it?
You want to say yes. But you want to say no too.
Too much at stake. But too much to lose as well.
What a conundrum… Are you sure it will open up? What if it didn’t? But what if it did?
Where does the impossible live?
The impulse is to look for it in the possible, but what if, for once, you let go and allow the impossible to look you in the eye, not for you to see it, but for it to find you as the sign that jumped you out of nowhere on your drive to the very known road you have already taken.
Until the next ❤️ beat ~.~.~
