There is a rhythm to life That can’t be matched Can’t be guessed Can’t be controlled You fall into it It steps forward, backwards, Upward and downwards None is a weaker move None is any less There is a rhythm to life that is uncanny It can’t be told It can’t be moved It simply can be listened to It peeks sometimes yet mostly it lies hidden afraid it will scare you, its eyes it close You cant wake up to it You will never see it It will always hold you Like you have never been held before It’s a faint loud cry in a joyful smile crackling over a fire of tranquil body of water swaying in unison and turmoil without breaking a sweat That’s the fury of how it feels, sound, and is sensed from every sight you open your eyes to. to every bat of an eyelid rendering darkness to instant light in the endless setting of a burning sun glazed by a silver rocky moon it throbs. There is a rhythm to life that steps before you, that beats louder than you and in its resolve leaves you alive.
