In Words, we often miss the obvious.

When many things don’t add up, the most obvious answer is rarely on the transport layer and typically aimed at the content.

While the content might be the cause, more often than not, it’s the transport layer, the means we exchange information, ideas, and thoughts, that is the cause of our troubles.

The gateway and gatekeeper, the language we use, sits at the core and in between.

And yet as language becomes the purview of a new form of intelligence we praise and fear, we forget that this new technology is limited by the same means we are.

A glorified language manipulator, it is.

The obvious is lost on us and it, when the transport layer assumes to be the essence!
