Confess... much?

Your religion might recommend it. Your consciousness might feel better about it. But have you ever wondered why it is an occasional endeavor?

You accumulate bad things you have done.

You build up the burden.

And then you release it.

At least that’s how the prescription goes.

But why not confess every moment? Every meeting. Every conversation.

Isn’t feeling the release constantly worth it?

When confession becomes the state of being, we skip a step in carrying the burden.
