#324 I don’t know what patience bought you
I don’t know what patience bought you
So I tried to wait for it to speak
And in waiting I grew weary
So I stopped trying and began craving it dearly
For in between the lust and all the fuss
I came back to see what became of me
In a moment's notice everything turned bleak
Without a sound or a squeak
As if the deafening silence started speaking
In tongues I felt I knew but reeked with a tainted feeling
The one that itches to bitch
And can’t wait to ditch
You in a senseless parade
Showing you off as a shameless aide
For the eerie bed was laid
And for you all that was left was to be made
As patience can’t have a master for its wait
Nor someone waiting for it to be late.
Until the next ❤️ beat ~.~.~
